King Curtiss Winston had his DJ debut in 1992 at Rockit Nightclub in the heart of Toronto. Other venues such as Club Focus and Club Z shortly followed. His style began to gain notoriety and led him to some highly acclaimed residencies in the mid to late 1990s such as Boa and The Octopus Lounge. Migrating to London (UK) from 1998 until 2001 where he had the opportunity to showcase his talents to an international audience. His sets quickly led him to play some of the best nightclubs in Europe such as Fabric and The Fridge in London and The It club in Amsterdam. Since his return to Toronto he has been an influential part of Toronto’s music scene and continues to produce dynamic and diverse DJ sets at venues local and abroad.
