Sen Kosa in session – The Ride EP 11
About Sean Kosa
Sean Kosa has been involved with music since he was 14 and happened upon his parents’ record collection in a Toronto basement, thus deciding that music was the solution, and the cause of most of the world’s problems. In the mid 1990s he moved to Montreal and began working in a small boutique record shop catering to only the most discerning tastes in House, Techno and Electro music.
For 10 long years he graced numerous stages while performing the day’s non-hits to the masses on a scale never before witnessed by humankind. During this time he released records and performed live under his own name and various aliases: The Marlon Jacksons, These Jackets, Cutthroat Republic and Evening.
During a long period of exile from Canada he travelled the ancient Silk Road of Central Asia, and now has returned to his place of birth. Not content to sit back and simply enjoy the fruits of his labour, the tireless Sean Kosa, after several protracted legal battles, launched his own corporation for releasing his music known as Facecontrol Audio Industries.
With a projected turnover of 52 trillion Kazakh Tenge in only its first year of existence, the future looks bright for his latest venture, however, he is not driven by the money but simply in his own words, ‘just likes to get things done’.
